Cailyn O’Neil is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist originally from Rhode Island. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont before completing her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology through Baylor University, with clinical training in both Vermont and Colorado.
Cailyn has experience working with both children and adults across public school and home health settings, supporting individuals with a wide range of communication needs. She is especially passionate about treating articulation disorders, expressive and receptive language disorders, and cognitive-communication challenges, including memory and attention. Cailyn is committed to providing individualized, evidence-based therapy that empowers each client to build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and achieve meaningful goals in their daily lives.
Outside of the clinic, Cailyn enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors, whether that be skiing at Mt. Bachelor, hiking in the Cascade Mountains, or teaching Lagree.
