We are in network with many commercial insurance companies as well as Medicaid and Medicare. We bill insurance companies as a courtesy, but we cannot guarantee coverage for services. When planning for your first visit, we will ask if you have an insurance plan(s) you would like us to bill. If so, we will verify your coverage to the best of our ability. You are responsible for your deductible amounts and co-pay/co-insurance amounts under your plan. We provide a statement of these charges and collect payment at the time of service. If we are out of network with a company, we can check if there are exceptions that we can use to bill.
